All content, models, algorithms, research reports, and software on our platform are proprietary to Axczel Research Pvt Ltd. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axczel Research shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of our research or reliance on our recommendations. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
All subscription fees paid to Axczel Research Pvt Ltd are for access to our research platform and content. Given the digital and informational nature of our services, fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
To request a refund, email info@axczel.com within 7 days of the qualifying event with your subscription details and the reason for the refund request. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days to the original payment method.
For annual subscriptions cancelled mid-term (for reasons other than those listed above), we may at our discretion offer a pro-rata credit for unused months, applicable to a future subscription renewal.
Research reports, one-time advisory calls, and custom software development services are non-refundable once delivered.
Investment in securities market is subject to market risks. The value of investments can fall as well as rise, and you may receive back less than you originally invested. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Automated trading systems carry specific risks including software bugs, connectivity failures, exchange outages, and unintended order behaviour. Users of our Algo Platform must implement independent risk controls and monitor system performance continuously.
AI and quantitative models are based on historical data and statistical patterns. Models may fail in unprecedented market conditions or during regime changes. All model outputs should be treated as one input among many in investment decision-making.
SEBI and other regulatory bodies may introduce rules affecting your ability to trade certain instruments. Regulatory changes may impact our services or their availability.
